I hope people still read this forum because I just joined an offline league on the 360 and I would like to know what defense is best against the run and especially the pass without adjustments? If there has to be an adjustment then maybe only one.

The issue is I'm not fast with the controller, so by the time I would start making adjustments, my opponent would've snapped the ball. At least that is what I would do!

I need a simple but affective defense in stopping the run and pass.

It doesn't matter 3-4, 4-3, 3-3-5 or 4-2-5

The game we're playing is NCAA '13
