I'd almost be willing to bet money it's God of War considering that looks an awful lot like Kratos' dead wife and the eye at the end looks like his. Doesn't really make any sense, though, considering it releases in March and virtually everything has been announced already. My best 2 guesses are a single player trailer(which I don't think has been released yet) or God of War Vita.
Easily my favorite franchise so I'm hoping for the latter. There could never been too much God of War.
Lots of chatter says Cross Buy for Ascension. Was that never announced? I thought that was a given for all Sony titles?Quote:

I noticed last night that when I went to download items from the Store, they were slow as molasses. But when I got out of the store, the speed picked up significantly. I wondered if there was some resource hogging going on.Quote:

I had some already, so I picked up FF Origins (1 & 2 combined w/ updated graphics), FF VI, FF VIII, and Final Fantasy Tactics for a whopping $20 total.
All play on the PS3 and Vita, so they'll definitely be great time killers when I'm travelling or something.
odd/silly question. lately the games on my ps3 are REALLY loud compared to the sound on my PC. its a pain in the but to adjust the sound on my monitor b/c no remote and you have to mash buttons forever to get the sound to a decent level. is there a way on the ps3 to turn the sound down of the ps3 itself? i seem to recall it but i cannot seem to find it on my ps3.

I am a PS+ member but I don't buy "allot" on PSN. I've rented several movies and bought one movie. I bought a few online passes for games I played used via GameFly and maybe 1-2 full games but that's about it so I'm not surprised they didn't give me $10 as most of my downloads via PSN are of the free variety.Quote:

I had a console shortly after launch and was a PS+ member from day one. I've played a bunch of games and bought quite a few (+ DLC), but not as much as JB. No Vita here.
Some were saying $5 vouchers went out last week to some. Maybe you guys are getting free PS4s? ;)
I didn't get the $5 credit but I got the $10, which according to my messages, was sent out last night at 1 a.m. I honestly don't know...I'd almost bet JB has spent way more on games than I have. I buy most of my arcade games on 360.
I'll take a free PS4, though! :D
And to think I_OU used to talk about how he didn't get any of the stuff (like beta invites and others) that they rest of us did :D

The funny thing is when Microsoft does something like that, I ALWAYS get it and I've only been a member on that service for 5 years. I've been with Sony for going on 7 and this is the first time I've gotten anything from them.
You've gotten a few beta invites that I haven't.
Speaking of oddities ... I went to download the free Dust 514 add-on through PS Plus tonight, and it asked me to choose between a free add-on and a $9.99 add-on. Chose the free, went through the checkout process ... but I don't remember seeing it actually install anything. And it doesn't show on my download list. And now the only option is the $9.99 choice. It's ... weird.
It's a service thing Dust 514 recognizes when you log on. You don't have to download anything, so you did it correctly.
Go to Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List > Dust 514.
If you see Dust 514 PS+ Starter Pack, you did it right.
Gotcha. Thanks. I would've expected to still see an 'install' item flash.
I've actually gotta play Dust one of these days :D

Nice ... those last two look interesting. Disgaea is pretty good too, I've only dabbled with 3 a little bit.
Disgaea 1 was AMAZING, after that, it got a bit too ridiculous. Of course, I have to quantify that by saying I literally spent 140 hours playing Disgaea 1 before I finally stopped and "beat" the game (which has to be further quantified by saying that you didn't actually beat the game until you killed some ridiculous hidden boss that required you to play for, at least, 70 hours leveling up and bettering your weapons and characters).
