You are either a resident of the state of OH or you are not. It's a simple part of election law that you must be a resident of a state to vote there. When I was in law school in MO I changed my residency to MO and voted there. When I lived in KY it was KY. When I lived in RI it was RI. Now that I live in TX its TX. I cannot pick and choose to be a resident of a state for one purpose and a resident of another state for some other purpose.Quote:
