It's mediocre hit detection and lag.
Got in a few games last night with JB and snoop. I haven't had any problem whatsoever with lag. The game was as smooth as it is offline.

Lame. Go figure.
Why is it so fucking hard for game devs to model hits and damage based on the gun in use? C'mon, if I pop a guy with a couple 7.62 rounds from an AK, they aren't to be feeling "fine" as they respond with a shoulder-held M240 and be able to put accurate full-auto fire on me. Hell, I have yet to see any real-world soldier shoulder-fire a M240 in combat employment, much less run around with it and be accurate with it off the shoulder.
Both of those things are what drives me nuts about these MP games. And why Op: Flashpoint is much better done.
I COMPLETELY agree and that's why I loved America's Army so much. To shoot it with any accuracy at all, you had to do VERY short bursts or lay down, and put out the stand to have a prayer of being accurate. Sadly, with the 3.0 update, they have ruined that by following the idiot FPS masses...
I'm going to assume that most of your issues came whenever your opponent was moving and you were trying to shoot him? If so, that's the lovely hit detection that has been fucked up since the beta, and was even an issue on Bad Company 2. As retarded as it sounds, you have to lead them. If they're running to the right, you want to direct your bullets directly where they're headed by a tad. It sounds stupid considering how fast the bullets should be moving, but it works.
OU, I understand what you are saying. One guy was standing still though, as I came up on his 7 o'clock. You are right that the other guys were moving though IIRC.
The shooting is modeled for shit compared to shooting real guns.
Beat the campaign tonight and while it's woefully short, it was a fairly enjoyable experience. The story was cliche and what virtually every shooter is doing nowadays, but I still had fun with it. Hard mode is a lot harder than what it was in Bad Company 2, but it was nothing too bad. Now I just have to finish up the specific mission achievements, level up some more in online, and 1000G. :easy:
Snoop, Eric, and :sf: will rejoice at this great news.....I know I am....this light is so f'n annoying. So much so, I'm starting to use it :D
DICE plans to fix Battlefield 3's magic tactical light

I never had much of a problem with the light. Yes, I think it's utterly stupid it produces that kind of effect in the light(I could understand on the night maps), but I never had a problem with it. Just aim for the middle of the light and goodnight.
Yeah, I don't understand why they would make it produce such a huge effect in the middle of the day. It makes no sense whatsoever. :D
I surprisingly haven't seen all that many people using it.
You were lucky then, on conquest its ridiculously over used no matter the map.

I'm going to get this at Wal-Mart Thanksgiving night or Black Friday solely to guarantee myself early access into the Mass Effect 3 MP beta. I'll play through the single player on the easiest difficulty to get through it and then trade it in to GameStop.
