NBA 2K has released the first major trailer for NBA 2K16, entitled #WINNING and set to DJ Khaled's "All I Do is Win."

The trailer reveals that the popular 3D court projection technology will be in the game, highlighted at New Orleans' Smoothie King Center. Other items teased: the Atlanta Hawks new court and uniforms, the new center court art for the Toronto Raptors, and looks at new/updated uniforms for Denver, Philadelphia. It also appears that teammates can interrupt post-game interviews and that post-game crowd reactions have been improved, specifically in buzzer-beater situations.

As noted in recent NBA 2K16 screenshots, the facial animations look to be top-notch for a sports title, however in this trailer some players (Carmelo Anthony, Russell Westbrook) are reflected with what appear to be poor face scans/sculpts. The body scans that took place during the year are evident and appear to help differentiate players.

The video ends with a brief clip of a player in MyCareer flanked by his family on the verge of making a decision on which college to attend following high school.

NHL 16's Be a GM mode will feature player morale, requiring the user to manage player personalities as they build a franchise and compete for the Stanley Cup. Every AHL and NHL player has a unique personality that the user must placate and nurture to keep them and the locker room happy. The four key components of player morale are locker room chemistry, player personality, team meetings, and player meetings.

Locker Room Chemistry - Each player will have fellow teammates and players list as having Best, High, and Low Locker Room Chemistry with them. 'Best' Chemistry could list a player on another team. Should you trade or demote a player that someone has high chemistry with, it could make them unhappy, lowering their morale and overall rating.

Player Personality - Some personalities will be happier with on-ice victories versus the status of the locker room. Others may care more about locker room harmony and less about other decisions made by the team.

Team Meetings - 30 different key events will allow the user to address the team. Depending on their current status and how you address them, their morale and overall rating will change.

Player Meetings - 20+ specific conversations with individual players can impact the individual player morale.

2K Sports has released a lengthy developer blog detailing MyLeague/MyGM coming to NBA 2K16.

MyLeague/MyGM contains a bevy of new features and options including: team relocation, arena creation, uniform creation, a new off-season, a ticker, slider sharing, and much more.

Following a gameplay sizzle trailer featuring Steph Curry, NBA 2K has released the next cover athlete video - this one for James Harden entitled "Believe." Again, while it may be considered a gameplay sizzle video it comes across more as a MyCareer sizzle video given Spike Lee's voice-over work.
