As always, vote for the item you prefer. However, also state how you would like both features implemented into the game and indicate any specific elements you would (or would not) like to see added for each item.

Ability to Import TeamBuilder Squads for FCS Schools

Despite the ability to create FCS teams such as Appalachian State, users still have to face the generic (and weak) FCS teams in NCAA Football 10, 11, & 12. This item would give users the option to import TeamBuilder squads for these FCS generic. To make this feature possible, the current FCS generics would need to be placed into a makeshift conference so they could be brought in via the Custom Conferences feature. This feature would help take advantage of the 2011 FCS TeamBuilder Directory (http://www.operationsports.com/forums/showthread.php?t=501319) established at Operation Sports.

In-depth Dynasty Mode Training

This would be a new feature in Dynasty Mode giving users more control over player progression. For example, the user could assign attributes for particular positions or even dictate that particular positions (or individual players) work on certain aspects in the off-season. EX: WR #1 works on Catch Rating, WR #2 works on Jump Rating, etc. (Note: While some have stated they would like to see some sort of mini-games aid in progression, this vote is simply to gauge the interest within the community for the ability & addition of in-depth training, not necessarily via any particular method. Please detail how you would like to see this feature added.)

In depth Dynasty Mode Training.

I'd like to see this as part of the offseason training. Right now we just get random numbers where everyone improves and we all live happily ever after. Well, life isn't that simple and neither should NCAA. Sure it could cause all kinds of problems I'd imagine and maybe I'm looking way out of the box here, but a designated Strength and Conditioning Coach used here that could and should be able to be fired after any season (not during). Add it as a layer in CC. Have each trainer have specific strengths and weaknesses. Make a rating for each player on training. One where some are more apt to be trained better over others.
This could also be tied into recruiting as well, maybe said player is a stud but he is a little bit of a hot head or doesn't work out as much as others. This would show during the offseason when he wouldn't progress as well as others. Then the user could and would determine if this player worth the risk of a flat increase over time verse the possible early impact from raw ability he already possesses.

in depth training.

unless i start out as an fcs team or other 1* team in dynasty, i would never schedule fcs teams on my roster. a couple of years into my dynasty anyways, i have the best team in the country, so i'm always scheduling the hardest teams to make the game harder for me. when you reach the point that you're able to just reload your roster every year, there's no need for fcs teams.

Training. I could see this development working out in two ways:

(1) Points given via practice every week (and hopefully the spring game)

(2) Points being given in mini-games (bench press, catching balls from a jugg machine, etc...) i.e. real football drills and not just lining up in a 11 v. 11 scrimmage.

Personally, I prefer #2 as it w ould add a nice element to the game (assuming it is done properly and it isn't too easy to develop a team on steroids)

Training. I already remove FCS schools from my schedule... I don't have any need for them unless I just absolutely want authenticity.

In Depth Training
Any chance for progression ould be great. If I am playing with inaccurate QB, I can train him to work on THA

Good points CLW and yes I don't want to see a loaded team out there just minor moves during the season maybe with jumps or declines after/before the season.

I want In Depth training but not with drills. We need to assign the top 10 things we want a player/position group to work on during the offseason, in order of importance to the coach (user). They will gain points depending on order and attribute selected.

I would lean towards something like this too. Training got my vote.

Training. I want BCS schools but there are so many other things more important right now.

Absolutely ZERO interest in training. FCS would add so much more realism to scheduling. Just look at how many FCS programmes play FBS teams now.

Training. Would love to be able to tell certain players to "focus" their training in certain areas.

1- based on how the game currently conducts player progression i think EA would not be able to get a realistic training feature to work properly

2- and after watching the TV show about "the making the game", it's obvious that real college coaches are not involved enough in the design of the game -> thus the chances of EA pulling off "training" are not good

i vote for BCS

Why does everyone keep saying BCS? We have BCS schools lol hahahahaha. FCS schools don't mean anything to me.

I think a cool aspect to in-depth dynasty mode training is to combine it with an expanded Coaching Carousel. Not only do you have QB, RB, WR, etc. coaches, but you also have a strength coach that can help with the training, and the improvement is based on how good the strength coach is.

I don't want more coaches than we have now. OD, HC, DC is good. You add more then we have to involve money which I would really like to avoid in college football.
