Online Dynasty questions

I'm thinking of starting an online dynasty in August, I do have a few questions.

will games play on, say if I'm not online for a couple days?
would I be able to customize conferences for an online dynasty?

To the first: Yes and No. An Online Dynasty advances when the commissioner advances it. If you're the commissioner and you know you're going to disappear for some amount of time, you could give someone else in your dynasty the commissioner title and they could advance for you. Or, once it becomes available in August, you could use the "Advance Anywhere" feature and advance your dynasty from the Online Dynasty website (http://dynasty.easports.com).

If you're not a commissioner and are just a player, the dynasty may advance without you having played your game, depending on the commissioner's decision.

To the second: Yes. When you select to initially create an online dynasty, you're presented with the same options as an offline dynasty. This includes the ability to customize a conference, import Teambuilder squads, and edit BCS bowl tie-ins.
