The NCAA Football team is reaching out to the community and wants your help in gathering team reference details for possible inclusion in the years to come. After asking for info on Cheerleader Chants several months ago, they now want your help in learning where each college football marching band sits in their home stadium, as well as bowl, conference championship and neutral site locations.

Share your team - or any team you know - info in this thread with a photo reference/circling the section on a seating chart image. A written description would also work, but obviously a photo reference would be more beneficial.

• Even those who are in correct sections () will need fleshed out to fill out sections. Only a handful of all 120 schools are truly correct. All 120 will need reviewed for NCAA Football 13.
• Alabama, Ball State each feature stadium signage indicating band section. However, neither signage is in proper location and band is not located in either (outdated) signage location or in proper location.
• East Carolina (missing stadium expansion), Iowa State (portable bleachers) bands sit in sections missing from the game.
• Exact section for Cincinnati, Temple, Vanderbilt, Virginia yet to be determined.
• North Texas will be in a new stadium for NCAA Football 13 (hopefully).

This reminds me of the great windsock addition of NCAA 10 and that game had the focus on all the wrong places. I didn't like the passing speeds, the camera, or some other stuff in that game. If you look at CDJ's first post it's for "years to come" it's not an indication that this is all they're focusing on...the game is still six months away.

For UCLA, the band is located within the student section at the bottom half between section 6 and 7 at the Rose Bowl, on the side of the stadium opposite the press box:

The OMB (Oregon Marching Band) sits in most of section 2 which is right above the west side field entrances.

Indiana University's band is located in the North Endzone of Memorial Stadium. The new North Endzone wasn't included in last year's game, so it would require actually having it in the game.
