I hope this turns out good. Lots of skepticism and rightly so after MEA. Just hope the combat is good.
Yeah, I'm on the fence on this one. What I have seen of it just hasn't quite sung to me like other games have.

YouTube reminded me that this releases next month by putting an Anthem vid in my recommended list. I watched some vids and I’ll more than likely get it. If anyone is still on the fence because you don’t wanna play with randos, I’m down for the cause. Still deciding between the Storm class and the Ranger class. I have no interest in Colossus or Intercepter classes.

I’m not sure what the different types are but I like that it’s not PVP. I like that it’s third person. I may not suck as bad. Still planning on getting it but I want to check out the beta first.
Colossus sounds like my kind of suit.

Demo off to a roaring start.....game servers are over capacity.
Working from home today and just wanted to see if I could log in at lunch time and NOPE! I guess it's a good sign for demand though.
I saw a YouTube channel was live and called it, “Anthem demo on Xbox-Let’s see if we can actually get it.”
I put it on in the background of my tablet, checking in periodically. They never got in.
Something I’ll never understand is why don’t companies play it safe and have too many servers? Now the talk won’t be how good or bad the game is but how no one can even play it.

The main issue impacting the Anthem VIP demo on PC and PS4 has been resolved. Anyone who has had an issue on those platforms should restart the game and attempt to join again. Our team is still working on fixes for some of the issues we’re seeing on Xbox One.
