We looked pretty good early, but checked out after we got up 21-0. I'll never understand why players mentally shut down after they feel like the game is in hand - especially the first game of the season (and a home game to boot). You go through off-season training, spring football, and summer two-a-days itching to play football. Then, when you finally get an opportunity to hit someone besides your teammates, you let up before halftime?
