Ohio State blows a 15 point halftime lead, and Northwestern scores two touchdowns in the final minute, including one as time expires to upset the Buckeyes in Evanston.

    Sigh.

Papa & I are playing tonight at 9pm CT.

That would leave Penn State vs Oregon.

LSU falls to Michigan in a defensive game 16-7.

It rained again naturally for this game as the Wolverines visited Baton Rouge this week.

The Tigers offense looked terrible for nearly all of the game as QB Jeff Mosley's 92 accuracy rating doesn't amount for anything with the throws he was making lol. Michigan's defensive gameplan also contributed it to the offenses woes as they disrupted route patterns and had an effective 3 man pass rush. LSU's Defense however was a bright spot holding the Wolverines to FG's throughout the game except for a long TD pass on a blown assignment/play deep down field.

The Tigers picked off the Michigan QB 3 times and probably could have had 1 more late in the game. The D also forced 2 fumbles but were unable to recover either of them unfortunately.

LSU did manage to score later in the game finally after a strong Michigan goalline effort the previous possession to make it 13-7. The Wolverines were able to pick up a huge 3rd down in their drive the following possession on a route we knew was likely coming based on it working earlier in the game but the coverage wasn't executed. They later added a FG to make it 16-7 which would be the final score.

    GG Escobar
