    The Astros low balled him due to elbow concerns. In a way I don't blame him. Go to college, prove them wrong, get drafted again. Only the 3rd #1 pick to never sign.

    A's playoff rotation - Gray, Lester, Kazmir, Samardzija, Chavez..... wow. For some reason though I still don't view them as favorites to win it all.

    I watched the Tigers-Jays game this afternoon. It was officially the longest ever baseball game the Toronto Blue Jays have played in. The game went 19 innings... then with bases loaded Jose Bautista hit a single to drive in Kawasaki and the Jays won 6-5. The game was 6 hours and 37 minutes in length!
