I have texted Escobar, so hopefully he can get his recruiting done this morning. pearice does not check in enough to know when he will be on again to wait, so once Escobar is done we will advance.

I know the holidays really slowed us down last season, so I'm hoping we can get through this season and many more seasons quicker. Maybe have a more strict 2-3 day advance, esp. when playing the CPU. User vs User can take longer and thats understandable.

Escobar will do his recruiting after work this evening.

I agree completely on establishing a more strict 2-3 advance schedule. Too often we go one day over to accommodate and in the long run that really slows us down.

I have another idea to make sure user games are played, if you miss your game either user vs user , or user vs cpu your game is simmed until you get a loss. There should not be a option for me if I choose not to make time to play my game, to roll the dice and have the dyn adv and I have a 50/50 chance that I will get a win out of it. Its not fair to get a win when you didn't play for it. Just my thoughts, that's how I have it in my other dyn and it works out well hardly any restarts or ppl miss games, and we have 10 ppl.

What a disappointing recruiting class I had, I had at least 5 4 stars in the lead and lost all of them, that's what I get for letting the cpu help me on recruiting, who decided to load up on 1 stars, next year I'm doing it all myself.

In my experience, if you don't have a 4 star locked in before the offseason, and you aren't at a 5 or 6 star program, you aren't getting that 4 star player.

A tip for recruiting at a lower school. Focus on recruiting the bottom end of the 4 star and top end of the 3 star guys from the very start of the season. Most the schools will start at the top and work their way down. They will spend minimal points on the guys that aren't high rated until they get to the middle of the season. You can get way ahead and lock them out much easier than battling for the top guys. Have to go for quantity over quality at the lower schools and wait 2 years for the guys to mature. You will find some gems too. I got a lot of 74+ rated 3 star guys the last 2 seasons. I found an 82 rated athlete QB last year that was the #700 or so recruit in the nation. Scout a ton of guys and you will be amazed what you can find.

Hey guys... I'm joining up for next season. Is there any kind of list for teams? Right now the league is set to so I can't check to compare.

If not, no worries, I can wait until after Chris updates it to allow teams next week.
