Any consequences to broken promises?

I promised my QB he would win the O'Brien if he returned and after returning he did not win the award. While it showed as a promise broken, are there any consequences to breaking promises? I don't really see anything in the coaching screens that looks to be a measure of trustworthiness. It was my first broken promise in about 15 season of my dynasty so maybe for one broken promise they let you slide. I'm just curious as to if there are any negative consequences if you break enough of them.
