I'm not sure if it was the patch, having more Synergy data being two months into the season, or what, but I do think the game plays somewhat better in the last week or two. It's still rough in spots, but it's not bad at all. I'm interested in seeing what the more substantial updates do in the future.

Some of the contorted facial animations don't help, but a lot of the faces are actually good (read: very recognizable) in the game. I've been impressed with the Legends I have seen so far. (Though, 2K has done an amazing job with their faces which also doesn't help EA.)
I also have Chris Mullin & Dolph Schayes on my team (in addition to AI), but there was an error in getting that pic shared last night.

It would be pretty tough not to mark out if I had this happen in a game I was playing.

From a Big Moments game a few days ago.
One thing I think has flown under the radar is that each arena has been scanned and is authentic. I love getting pictures or camera angles with real banners in the background. I wish every spots game was like this as IMO it adds a lot to the authenticity and immersion.
Yeah the banners are badass to see in the beginning of the game.

The arenas and courts in this game are absolutely stunning. I love seeing the score banner reflections on the court... beautiful imo. Now if only the players and cheerleaders could be fixed.
