Back to a normal weekend, though still a little on the light side as Utah State has a bye week, while both Tulsa's game at Tulane and Florida International's game vs. Louisiana Tech are both on channels that I don't get, so that just leaves Navy as the only team in interest this week.

So, starting off Saturday with Northwestern-Iowa (if I remain awake after work in the morning), then switching to Pittsburgh-Navy at 1pm. Afternoon, I'll probably end up switching through all three games, not really sticking with just one. If any turn into a blowout, I'll probably stop following and stick to the others.

Saturday night, start off switching between both 7pm games, then I'll probably switch to Penn State-Ohio State at 8pm, checking in on the others during breaks. Then to end the night, I'll probably focus mainly on Fresno State-San Diego State, checking in on Stanford-Oregon State and Cal-Washington during breaks.

    College Football 2013 Week 9

already got a W so the week started off right. My wife and I are planning to make our 1st game together this weekend (which would be her 1st EVER, ). It's homecoming and the game starts late enough to where we'll time to make the drive.

down 41-7 at half for homecoming vs. North Texas. I'm not watching the 2nd half. I'm calling it now, 0-12 again as I unfortunately don't see Grambling St. on our schedule.

On the bright side So Miss might not be the worst FBS team. New Mexico St is struggling with Abilene Christian (Who is an FCS Independent School that just came in from DIV 2.)

Sweet Jesus what a comeback. Navy was playing horribly in the first half, I was expecting Pitt to eventually take a 20+ lead at times. But Navy made the comeback, and one week after being the goat (missed the game-deciding extra point in the double overtime loss to Toledo), Navy kicker Nick Sloan comes back and is the hero, kicking the game winning 30 yard field goal with no time left.

Sweet sunny Jesus. Sure, it's Division III, but still, they can play some good ball down there. Holy hell, how could the other team not stop him...

Eh, all isn't lost just yet. Marshall (4-3) next week will probably be ugly, Louisiana Tech (3-5), might need some luck but it could happen. Florida Atlantic (2-6) is probably your next best chance at getting a win. FAU sucks, their two wins coming over equally terrible South Florida and UAB. MTSU (4-4) will probably also be ugly, and then UAB (2-5) to end the season will be your next shot at a win as they also suck (wins over FIU and Northwestern State).
