League Difficulty: Heisman offense and defense using Charter's ratings based sliders.
Teams available: All teams.
Schedule (How quickly will weeks be advanced): We will advance every 2 nights.
Scheduling: Because the majority of the OD works varying hours/shifts, we text each other to schedule user games and keep up on advances.
Rules: Sim style. No going for it on 4th down when unrealistic. Basically no cheese, you will be called out.

I have been running this OD going on about 4 years now. We have had pretty much the same core group of members. I only want users who are in it for the long haul, because we create new Head Coaches when joining the OD. If you can't handle losing to the CPU don't bother joining. Also no restarts allowed w/o photographic evidence. I will not tolerate people restarting just because their star player got injured or because the CPU came back on them and they are about to lose the game. I realize sometimes the power may go out eliminating the possibility of a picture, if this happens you must text me immediately. All restarts w/o a reason or proof will be simmed.

Updated user list. With the addition of editable coach profiles, will have to wait til Rosters and a set of coaches comes out. Hopefully they will be in the same file.

We are looking to start around this weekend or after. Depending on when the OS Community Roster gets done. It's looking like that one will be the most accurate while including coaches names.

Probably the OS Community Roster. I want them to be as accurate as possible since we will be playing long term. The default roster has numerous players playing the wrong position and includes people that have been dismissed from teams.
