FIFA 14 Next Gen (PS4, XB1)

I'll probably be in here asking basic questions too.

I said in another thread that the last FIFA I had was for PS1 but it might have been for Genesis, haha. I've been interested but just never pull the trigger.

got me into the sport a couple years ago.

This game is really awesome, and the GM mode is pretty in-depth.

FIFA next gen is so fun. The way that it transitions from mini cutscene to gameplay and back all without delay is just....man. And though it sounds gimmicky, the whole ignite system on FIFA is great. I just love playing the demo every time I go to GameStop.

Yeah, I'm going to get one. I just don't know when. Other than FIFA, there isn't a single game, even on the horizon, that I really care about (Battlefield 4 is really the only other one that I'd like and I could get it and FIFA on PS3 and be happy I'm sure).

Obviously a big factor in me getting a PS4 is them becoming readily available. Also, I do have my concerns with the stability of the PS4 at this point.

I could see myself holding out until The Show or even FIFA 15, but I probably won't.

That said, I can't imagine that it'll be easy to grab one in a store until after Christmas.

Steeler have you had a chance to try out the next gen FIFA anywhere yet? You are the biggest FIFA player I know. If anyone could tell the differences right away it would be you. All review say it's outstanding and the demo is a heck of a lot of fun. I'm trying to get my oldest son to take some interest but he's still too young... but he says it looks cool. lol

Yeah at 7 years old he is playing competitive football and hockey. In hockey he has shown me a new shot that is sneaky. In NCAA he has his ups and downs but he is finally starting to realize that you can't go for it all the time. He has slowly and I mean slowly realized why you run the ball to help your defense and control the clock. I know kicking is easy for us but I was impressed he is making 50yd fg's lol.
