The death toll is going to stay low for a while with victims spread out at numerous hospitals. There was some footage very early on of two responders talking and one tells the other he saw three dead right off the bat, but I have not seen that footage since.
Lots of rumors, theories, etc. on social sites. It's getting tough to figure out what is legit and what is not.
Boston PD urging residents to avoid large crowds. Jesus.
