    The I Formation Option

I had a bunch of hits on my pistol option videos so I figured I would post my I form option video as well.

    Nicely done.
    How are you capturing video?

I use a dazzle system with pinnacle pro software for editing. The quality is not great but I don't have the money for an hd recorder.

Great video. Is Wake Forest playbook the best to run the I Formation option or are there others?

Great stuff! I'd like to know this as well ... huge fan of the WF playbook and the I option.

No. The option run play book has a good selection as well. I use Wake's because I like a balanced offensive attack and they have several good shotgun formations. I also incorporate the read option from th gun into my play calling as it helps to keep th d on their toes.

West Virginia has a nice selection for I Form trip option, and some nice 4 and 5 wide sets to spread the field. No heavy sets though.
