Delete conference in offline Dynasty?

Is there a way to delete a conference in offline Dynasty I'm missing? Trying to get rid of the WAC and the game is absolutely not cooperating. Alternately, any other ideas on how to model the current realignment situation in offline dynasty?

edit: I just stuck Army, BYU, and Idaho into the saddest conference around.. Sorry, non-ND independents.

It's impossible to delete conferences (EA says that the NCAA won't let them implement it).

As for different ways to do the current insane realignments happening, good freakin' luck. Without being able to do something about the WAC (as well as adding new teams that are coming in 2013 or 2014), it's never gonna be correct.
