Alexy Rogie put Wolverhampton in front at 40', but Bristol City countered with goals at 62' (pen) and 86' to steal the points. Already having to deal with league-leading scorer Kevin Doyle being out for 2 months (hip flexor suffered while playing for Ireland), I lost my top rated striker, Anthony Ujah, in the first half with an ankle sprain. Ujah will be back in the lineup for my upcoming match with Forest.

Stellar performance for the Wanderers against Nottingham. Elkeson converted a penalty at 21' and Georg Margreitter headed in a corner at 41' to give Wolves a comfortable 2-0 lead at halftime. Forest then converted from the spot, at 61', to cut their deficit in half before Andrea Branzani (header off a corner; 74') and Albert Adomah (brilliant strike from an impossible angle off the keeper; 82') buried them.

Goals from Elkeson (16') and Anthony Ujah (28') helped Wolves build a 2-1 advantage at the break. But the Rovers came steaming back in the second period to pull away.

I feel behind, just 7 minutes in. However, Jamie O'Hara (47') and Elkeson (55') scored second half goals to earn the points for Wolves.

I lost Roger Johnson for 4 weeks with an ankle sprain, and Albert Adomah for 9 days with a bruised shoulder.

After falling behind in the 31st minute, Anthony Ujah equalized at 34' and then scored the decider on a diving header from a corner at 63'. Ujah had been drawing offers to Wolves for his sale and I'm countering those offers with extremely high proposals. Basically, I don't want to part with the 24-year-old striker (78 OVR) without an "offer I can't refuse".

Hey steeler, can you remind me, if I make a counter offer, and they accept, does the offer then go through and move forward to the player or do I have to then officially accept it as well? I've been avoiding making counter offers the last time I played, just keeping the players on my squad, since I couldn't remember if the counter offer, if accepted, is treated like it would if I accepted their initial offer, or if I have to give approval to the deal once they accept my counter offer.

It is treated as though you accept. In other words, I was offered $8.5M for Ujah. I countered with $15M. If they accept $15M, they negotiate with the player from there and if the player accepts then he is gone.

That said, my counter was re-countered at $12M. I came back with $14M and that's where it stands right now.

Alright, that's how I was assuming it worked. I was getting some decent offers during my time at Colorado and my short time at PSV, but they were all below the suggested price by my GM/adviser/whatever his name/title is. I didn't want to counter because I wanted to keep full control over whether or not to let the player leave or not, since most of the players that were receiving offers were all my top, front line players that were regularly in my starting XI.
