Nah, you're thinking of either the Chicago Blackhawks or the Nashville Predators. Either that, or the masses will have to go without being calmed and sedated because there is sadly no NHL franchise in Kansas City for them to root for.
Of course the Feds cannot make a civil rights case against the officer. Just like the Martin case the Feds placated the morons with a sham investigation that anyone with a shred of credibility and legal knowledge could have told you would go nowhere.

Love how they jump to the "hate crime" when there is no evidence to support it and the police at this time indicate it was over some sort of parking dispute.
EDIT: Morever, for the inevitable charge its some right-wing evangelical christian at it in NC - if what i am reading is correct the shooter was apparently some sort of very active atheist and into all kinds of left-wing issues.
