That's just because Coach K took over the ENTIRE Olympic Team and told them we lose your ass is swimming back or worse we send you to a Chinese labor camp.

Credit to the Brits. They did a heck of a job both in hosting and competing. When Vcr had the Winter Olympics in 2010 I wasn't very supportive. However, when I saw how powerful it was for the local community/country, I really changed my tune. I still clearly remember every gold medal won by Cdns' and remember exactly where I was for the golden goal by Crosby.

    P.S. Great closing ceremonies London!

So do I. I was glad it was Crosby, if the US had to lose.

Yep, that pretty much perfectly sums up NBC's commentators. It's like they were being paid for each and every negative remark they gave. It was worse during the actual coverage.

So, would it make you guys feel better if they were all like Jon Gruden and constantly blew sunshine up everyone's ass? This isn't Fun, Fair, Positive Soccer.

I'd just feel better if it wasn't labeled "NBC". I actually didn't notice too much of the negativity, besides when Jordyn Weber didn't make the all-around and I thought the commentators were overly harsh.

Seemed to me like they just rushed to judgement too much. No "It's going to be tough", and too much "He has no chance". Conclusions, rather than possibilities. That annoys me no matter the occasion (including here!).

But Sonic is the fastest thing alive. The song says so and the song can't be wrong.
