    TGT FIFA League (PS3) Season 3, Semi-Finals

Use this thread to schedule your matches with your opponents and to post Game Reports to let everyone know the results.

Here is the schedule for Semis:

    1st Leg
    Italy (psusnoop) 0:2 Netherlands (CLW)
    Ecuador (Escobar) vs Uruguay (JBHuskers)

    2nd Leg
    Netherlands (CLW) 3:0 Italy (psusnoop)
    Uruguay (JBHuskers) vs Ecuador (Escobar)

Remember, the Home team is listed on the LEFT.

The games should be played using Online Friendlies in the Online Menu of FIFA 12. Be sure to use 10-minute halves, and Online rosters (VERY IMPORTANT). The game speed should be set to normal. The home team has to send the invite (do so by selecting your opponent from the Online Friendlies Menu). You need to be sure that the user you are trying to invite is on your friends list on the PSN before trying to set the game up. Players are free to set their formations and lineups as they see fit (though you only get 40 seconds to do so before kickoff).

Prior Yellow Cards: G. Chiellini (ITA), A. Barzagli (ITA), J. Heitinga (NTH), R. van der Vaart (NTH) S1 - 1, Mathijsen (NTH), K-J Huntelaar (NTH), Robben (URU), D. Godin (URU)

    Current Suspensions: None

Because of the trouble we had getting through Day 10, I gave van der Vaart a Yellow Card. If he gets another, he will get a 2-match ban.

Additionally, the deadline for the Semis is at 11:59 PM Central on Sunday, June 24. Be sure to make note here when you have tried to contact your opponent. Whomever makes the least effort, will be given the loss, if the deadline is not met.

Good luck to everyone! Be sure there are no suspensions before playing the 2nd Leg of your matches. If you're not sure, text me.

Good games man. For some reason the Dutch just play perfectly for my FIFA "style". I was fortunate to get early goals. After the 2 quick strikes from RVP (I think those were my first two shots of the game) you really had to press which of course leaves yourself open to the counter attack.

Trailed 4-0 in Leg 2, and pulled off a miraculous comeback to get a 4-4 draw. Great games Escobar.

Congrats to all of the participants and, of course, to the winners.

I will open the Cup Final thread shortly.
