I assume Johnny Football won't be on the cover since he's still in the NCAA? Is that the rational? It seems like in the past the Heisman winner would be on next year's cover only when he went pro or was done with his college career. Since Johnny Football is still enrolled I assume he won't be on the cover of '14, right?

Yep, that's the rational. So since he hasn't been redshirted before, the earliest we would possibly see him on the cover would be NCAA '16 if he declared after his junior season.
