Yeah, it's definitely a rough going this morning for all of them, trying to deal with the loss, but still having to put on their shows. He was damn good though. I completely forgot about the classic pairings of Stuart Scott with Rich Eisen and Dan Patrick, how many, many years ago those days were. Those were the glory days of Sportscenter. I'd stay up late just to watch them each night.
He did go overboard sometimes with the catchphrases, the animated reactions, the sort of over the top presentations. But he made it fun and entertaining and kept you interested. He was a rare charm. While there are still numerous good personalities at ESPN, there was just something about Stuart Scott that set up apart and above the rest.
I definitely teared up watching the obit on SportsCenter last night. Listening to SVP and Rusillo now hearing more thoughts from SVP and some athletes.

Rich Eisen doing a highlight package by dropping Stu Scott lines
http://youtu.be/gI-1v38yIZ4
Nailed it
I saw that on Facebook earlier. That was damn good by Rich. Michael Irvin and Deion Sanders however needed to shut the hell up once they realized what he was doing. Them constantly trying to say the lines along with Rich and still throwing in various comments while he was doing them sort of dragged it down a peg. It was still great, but could have been even better if Rich was able to be the lone person talking.
I'm in the camp of those who didn't like Stuart Scott. He was part of the "Sports Personality" movement that has destroyed TV and radio. That said, I would not wish him dead or anything like that.
As for Irvin and Sanders - they need to shut the hell up. You can't hear the host on any show they are on because they constantly talk over him and have a separate conversation going amongst themselves. Very annoying. Deion, in particular, likes to say "I'm praying for you" after every highlight that includes an injury and he also says "I'm gonna text you, if you're watching" after a guy has a big game. So dumb. Shut up when the host is talking, leave your imaginary friends to yourself and quit with the childish name-dropping.
Molly Qerim remains the only reason to watch NFL Network.
Is it too late to have the US and Russia get into a nuke war and destroy the world? Sweet Jesus the level of utter fucking stupidity astounds me!

Someone kill it before it breeds!Damn...😳 the NFL been around longer than our government. We've had 48 Super Bowls and only 44 presidents. I didn't know that 😳😳
