Fear the goat!
Damnit Navy! You get all the way down to the Army 15 and you fumble the ball away. For the love of god, can you please not repeat last year with the fumbling.
Yes! Just like that, Army hands the ball back! Now take advantage and score a damn touchdown here Navy!
I was wondering when this started,..just turned it on now..after watching Sam Houston continue their undefeated season/playoffs run
This is slowly turning into a repeat of last year. Army commits their 2nd fumble of the game. Turnovers killed Army in last year's game. And Proctor in the very next play, breaks it open down the sideline for a 32 yard run to put Navy deep in Army territory, right after Army seemed in good shape starting their drive at the 50.
Fuck! Great, now unless Navy just bitchslaps Army in these last 55 seconds, we're going to halftime tied up. Son of a bitch, don't give Army the damn momentum.
Goddamnit Proctor, don't take the fucking sack! THROW THE FUCKING BALL AWAY AND STOP THE CLOCK!
There we go. Navy's coming out from the locker room after halftime pissed and ready to strike. A kickoff return clear out to midfield, and now a combination of Alexander Teich and Gee Gee Greene propelling Navy quickly right down the field for the go ahead touchdown. Now the defense just has to start doing it's job again like it was for all but the last four minutes of the first half, and start shutting down Army's offense again.
Of course. Navy goes all game without a single penalty, and then on third and goal, a mere yard or two away from the go ahead touchdown, one of the dumbass linemen jump the snap and fuck Navy out of the TD and force them to settle for a field goal.
Yes! Another Army fumble, and Navy recovers it! PLEASE, for the love of god Navy, score a goddamn touchdown this drive and get the lead expanded beyond just a single damn score!
Edit - Goddamnit Navy! Protect the fucking ball!!!
That a way Navy D!!! Great 4th down stuff! Now just run the clock offense, get a couple first downs, and bring this game to an end!
I imagine this thread is what your Twitter looks like, Smooth.
Navy's helmets ... are ... gorgeous.

Pretty much. This is the ONE game I absolutely refuse to miss every year. I pour all my emotions into this game and feel like I just went 10 rounds with Ali afterwards, and I'm just watching it on TV.
And I agree, those helmets are! When the pictures were first revealed, I wasn't too big a fan of the helmets, but they have won me over big time since those pictures first came out. In fact, my boss at work is in the process of tracking down one of these Navy helmets for me. I have one of Navy's gold helmets already, but I must get my hands on one of these helmets. A hell of an addition to my ever growing Navy football collection.
Ten years. Ten victories. Keeping the streak alive. Navy 27 - Army 21
