Being the DE against the zone read

In about 10 to 15 games in the demo, I have yet to experience this scenario. I glanced through the Demo thread and E3 thread and didn't see anything either. Has anyone been or seen play of user controlled DEs against the zone read? If I am the DE that has terrible awareness and would largely fall for the handoff to the RB and yet I want to stay wide because the QB is a bigger threat, who wins? Is the computer going to "suck" my dude inside or am I going to have full control of the defender.

I am guessing you have full control of the defender but am wondering

My guess is that you have control if you control the defender at the snap. Don't touch the controller and the computer will probably take over.
