    Season One - Week 2

We have advanced to week two.

In the sim, Papa LoneStar's Cardinals came out on top of Ryby's Panthers 21-14.

There are two user games this week: cdj vs. Ram & gscwhendt vs. Papa LoneStar.

We will aim to advance on Saturday.

Papa, let me know what works for you. During the day this week will be hit or miss since I have several projects coming due. That said, if we schedule it right around the noon hour, then we can likely get it in. Otherwise, just let me know when you would be available.

I think either player can send the invite.

Are you free to play at all Wednesday? I should be free from 5 PM CT on, but I will post here once I am in. Let me know your schedule.

Hell we have two user games to get done yet. One of those players didn't get their user game in last week, so yeah that should have cleared up any doubts right off the bat

Cardinals & Redskins combined for 11 total turnovers in a slopfest. The final turnover ended up being the deciding factor as QB Blaine Gabbert threw a pass over the middle only to be intercepted by the Cardinals allowing them to win 28-24.

It was really ugly on both sides.

11 turnovers....and the final one sealed the deal. MLB Lofa Tatupu seals the deal with his 3rd INT of the game in the Cardinals 28-24 win in sloppy and rainy Landover, MD. Ryan Wlliams rushed for 158 yards and 2 TD while the Redskins' Tim Hightower rushed for 122 yards as both backs helped generate something for the offense as both QBs #shittedthebed.

AP rushes for nearly 300 yards on 25 carries as the Vikes improve to 1-1 this season. McNabb was efficient and accurate in the home opener. The Vikings D bent but kept forcing the Bucs to settle for field goals in the redzone.

Yeah got me a PS3 trophy for my efforts. 2 huge runs made up like 150 of the yards but he was still popping out 7-12 yards a carry seemingly at will against the Bucs.

Meh the CPU seems farily weak against the run for some reason. I'm sure you will be able to stop me. If you force me to throw with that bum McNabb you have a good shot.

The Panthers survive at home to defeat Green Bay 28-18 despite a lackluster performance by the offense. The Panthers had a KO return for a TD by 3rd string HB Mike Goodson and 2 TD runs by HB D. Williams. He finished with 88 yards and 2 TD's, with 61 yards coming on the first TD run. Cam Newton came in clutch down the stretch as he hit WR D. Gettis for a TD pass with under 2 minutes to go to put the Panthers ahead and Williams added his 2nd TD after the Packers failed on 4th down from the Panthers 15.
BTW, the Packers LB's are freaking nasty. They were all over the place making plays on me.
