I would personally say no... on the surface, you have no downsides. You get a younger, better OVR player and he uses less cap space. It would have almost been like me trading Gabbert for Grossman straight up. If you were to sweeten the deal for the Bears, I could see it but as is, the Bears lose on the trade.
