Madden NFL 12 Player Ratings: Raiders and Chargers.

Does Al Davis play "Madden"? He sure builds his roster like he's a "Madden" gamer, and the Raiders are one of the most played teams in the game year after year (no matter what their record is in real life) because of one thing: speed. This year is no different as you have McFadden with 97 speed, 97 acceleration, and seven wide receivers with 90+ speed. Raider fans might not want to do the roster update when the game comes out, though, as it means bye-bye to your best corner.

Playing as the Chargers, meanwhile, is about getting the ball down the middle of the field to 99-rated Antonio Gates. The Rivers-to-Gates connection is always a deadly combination in "Madden," and when you add the versatility of the Chargers running attack, this is an offense that can put up some pretty impressive numbers.

It's great to cheer for the Raiders and be a part of Raider nation... it always makes Madden a challenge to start with a subpar team and build out. The losses to free agency this year will be a HUGE blow to the team. I am looking forward to rebuiling with my imported NCAA 12 rosters.

Its never a loss in playing with the Raiders in Madden. I'm almost certain Al Davis is a fan of Madden giving that he seems to draft for the game. Before the loss of Asomugha they were beastly to play with it and its very difficult to lose with them. Even with losing him they won't suffer that much IMO.

Oh I forgot to add why they are a great Madden team. All those 92+ speed demons that they have. And since Madden is a game that is predicated on speed, well.... lol

I've done major damage just toying around with them, especially with implementing the 4-6 defense with their speed.
