No Will Smith is a bummer, almost seems like they're playing it as he died. Still seems like it'll be fun like the first one.
    The dude abides.

Will Smith comes across as one of the most arrogant and conceited actors out there. I never think of his absence as a bummer.

I tend to agree. However, I think not having him in this movie is a mistake. Plus the fact that it's not rated often translates into... "this movie is awful." I will see it in the theatres as I loved the original. However, the charm of the original and the look of this movie is not the same. Looks like there will be way to much computer generated content IMO.

It's part of the DC (Comics) movies and I think takes place following Batman v Superman. He has a cameo (or several?) based on the trailers.

Saw Jungle Book today. It was really good. The special effects were great and so was the boy but Bill Murray stole the show. I didn't even know he was in the movie. Good family movie.

Not a movie trailer, but Ghostbusters theme remix for the new movie:

If people don't like this, does that make them sexist like critics of the new movie trailers are being called?

I saw the Ghostbusters full trailer last night. That movie looks awful! Talk about ruining a franchise...

I don't know if it is still the case, but I thought I had read that there were plans (separate of the girl power version) for another Ghostbusters franchise/series that would create a bigger universe of connected movies, ala Transformers. I don't know if that is still the case or if (when?) this new movie bombs that idea gets killed off.

I have not seen so much hate for a movie before it is released in a long time

Because trailers typically show the good parts and there isn't a good part to be seen in any trailer.

I think that was the case back when all of the original cast was alive. I would be shocked if that's still the plan.

Plenty of salt to go around. Of all the crap to be annoyed with in today's world. A male in the middle of the cover.

And they seem to have product tie-ins & marketing galore (NBA, Progressive, Papa John's...), sometimes a sign that a movie is going to flop - and they know it. Gotta make up the dough somewhere & hope the ads draw more people in.
