How the hell these movies get produced is beyond me. A terrible novel by a terrible writer (James Patterson is dumb "crime drama" for the lowest common denominator of fans of the genre) with an absolutely TERRIBLE actor in Tyler Perry (there's a reason why the douche has only been in movies he makes) and another actor who is only semi-famous because he was lucky enough to be cast in one of the most watched (and most bitched about) TV shows in the history of television (Lost) in Matthew Fox.
I mean, sure it's not a fuckin' Uwe Boll joint, but jesus christ, talk about a COMPLETE waste of money...
While I hate trailers like that which give away pretty much the entire movie, I do appreciate them saving me $8.

I saw Rise of the Planet of the Apes and HOLY FUCKNUTS did I enjoy that movie! I liked it so much that I will most definitely be in theaters to see Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

You really don't need to in this type of movie.
Just saw a commercial for Total Recall on AMC. Did they even try to keep it along the lines of the original, or did they just steal the name and slap it on some I Robot/Minority Report/Matrix wannabe movie?
