I just got absolutely destroyed again by the CPU. 54-10. It was actually 54-3. I simmed the last 5 min of the game and the aim scored a TD. there are severe inconsistencies that icannot figure out. Deep DBs intercePt me multiple times a game, yet when I am deep of their WR, the receiver still makes the catch. Then the opposite will happen with the computer player being underneath and make the pick. Again, as in every game, there are 3rd and 1 calls where I run right up the middle and low and behold, after I get the first down, I am called for holding.

I have only enjoyed 1 game this year and it was even miserable up till halftime.

GG E, int's killed you. Good luck the rest of the season.

That does tend to cause problems also. My O-line blocked really well also. I was actually quite surprised at that honestly.

I was actually more impressed by your WR blocking, they sealed the edges the whole game and that's where you burnt me. You kept hitting that cutback and I was even blitzing that OLB and CB a couple of times

Marshall comes away with yet another close win, their 4th of the year. Kicking a game winning FG with 1 second remaining on the clock.

Man all these tight games are hopefully building character on this team because they are surely taking years of my life with this kind of play style. I think I tried to be to conservative at times running the ball and playing small ball with curls, and quick outs. I have 0 vertical passing game which is going to be a challenge heading forward.

    Kansas crushes ECU 56-23

ECU started out on fire building a 14-0 lead with only running 4 plays total between 2 possessions. Their QB Dominique Davis had all the time in the world to throw and his receivers kept getting open. Then on the flip side their defense was all over the place forcing two quick and outs. Coach Jackson of the Jayhawks then lit a fire under his team's tail. The offense would march down field and into the endzone on a 26-yard TD pass to DJ Brashears, 14-7. ECU would answer with a FG, 17-7. A few plays later Kansas would answer with an 86-yd TD pass to Brashears again, 17-14. ECU tacked on another FG in the 2nd quarter, 20-14.

The man of the hour DJ Brashears would haul in yet another TD. This one going for 52-yards to take the lead, 21-20. The Jayhawk defense would force ECU into kicking another FG, 23-21. A minute later though Webb would find Patterson on a 58-yd TD pass to take the lead, which would end up being for good, 28-23.

In the 2nd half the offense continued its stride by connecting with Patterson again. This time on a 31-yard TD pass, 35-24. The Jayhawks then turned it up on defense. MLB Steve Mestan would get a user pick near the sideline then race 30 yards into the endzone. Next LOLB Steve Johnson would get a beautiful user pick in which he baited the QB into throwing, then he would take it 60 yards in for the score. And to top it all off CB Anthony Davis would get a nice user pick of his own then race 70 yards in for the score.

QB Jordan Webb finally has his breakout game for the Jayhawks. He would go 13-24 with 370 yards, 5 TD's and no interceptions. WR DJ Brashers caught 6 passes for 203 yards and 3 TD's. WR Daymond Patterson chipped in 2 receptions for 89 yards and 2 TD's

That would be the game. Next up the Jayhawks host the Sooners of Oklahoma.

    Iowa State 56
    Troy 35

Game was tied 14-14 before the Cyclones blew it open as our offense fell apart and then they scored 4 TDs straight. We cut a 56-21 deficit to a 56-35 final score, and got picked late with backup QB Jamie Hampton in the game.

4 INTs were too much to overcome.

RB Shawn Southward ran for 153 yards on 15 carries, while FB D.J. Taylor rushed for 9 yard (+ TD) and had 2 rec for 49 yards. Robinson threw for 3 TDs, and Hampton one.

WR Chip Reeves caught 5 passes for 82 yards and 2 TDs.

If we were more polished on some passes, we'd have not let them have short fields and easy scores which blew the game out in the 2nd & 3rd quarters.
