Liam's mom picked the winner of the NCAA tourney solely because she likes UConn, for whatever reason some old British woman would like UConn.

Oh, that's right. I forgot about her picking Butler. Though I want to think it had something to do with the mascot or something.

So if some jabroni ever does this....that will be the person....someone like Liam's mum.

I'm not sure how many years they've been doing this, but the all-time leader is 49 and 2011's leader is 35 so that has to tell you something....but I gotta admit, as soon as I started playing, I'm instantly addicted to it.

I've thought about it. Maybe I'll sign up and join this weekend.

Aww, come on. I think the Home Run one looks a hell of a lot more interesting, and definitely a hell of a lot tougher. Picking someone to get a hit, while tough, is going to be a lot easier to get correct and get on a streak than it will be trying to pick someone who you think is going to hit a home run that day.

That's the thing....HR guessing is going to have a lot of people at zero. I prefer the hit one.

I'm doing both, just started the HR one.

I'm not doing so hot on any of the streak games

Got one yesterday (looks like the whole group did!). Had Kung Fu Panda. Tonight is Miggy against a TOR pitcher who's opponent batting average is .395, should be a gimme.

you'd think so, but I have had zero luck going with that strategy so far. I don't even know if I'll ever break single digits in this one let alone come close to the 56 number
