I don't think I have ever owned him in a league. This is the first year I have ever owned A-Rod in a league as well...

Cards GM: Pujols out closer to 6-7 weeks: In a radio interview with Sirius XM MLB Network, Cardinals general manager John Mozeliak confirmed that Albert Pujols will be out closer to 6-7 weeks as opposed to the initial 4-6 week timetable that had been announced on Tuesday. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that Pujols will require four weeks in a cast before he can return to baseball-related activities. He was officially placed on the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday afternoon. Pujols, however, seems more optimistic about a quicker return. "I'm expecting that," he said. "I've healed pretty well from injuries in the past, and I'm praying to hopefully have one of those in my bag still. Obviously there's no treatment that I can do, but I'll keep my legs in shape and work out and do what I'm able to do without making it worse. Hopefully whenever I'm ready to play, swing the bat and I'll be ready to go."

Keeper and dynasty league players take note if you're lacking at 3B....

Lonnie Chisenhall called up by the Indians.

Mark Reynolds was a HELL of a pickup for me in a couple leagues. Ranked 4th in Yahoo the past 30 days of all players.

I just picked up Vance Worley today in one of my leagues, and this alert pops up in Yahoo....

Vance Worley has been dropped by 2155 teams in Yahoo! leagues

That's 2155 idiots that don't realize that he was sent to AAA to keep on his pitching schedule during the All-Star break

McCann goes down last night. His backup David Ross isn't terrible if you need a filler.

I'm always game for another money fantasy baseball league.

As long as I get to draft the farm versions of the Kansas City Royals.

Currently I'm sitting 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, 4th in my money leagues. But I'm having a rough week in two of them. Either way, looks like I should do some cashing this year.

And in the same breath..I drop Billy Butler..and he blows up the Red Sox for 3 HR. What a toadass, go to Boston then you damn fool. I draft you for a reason...and you stink my team up. I drop you, and then and ONLY then do you decide to actually hit like a man.

I wanted him this year, but went earlier than I wanted to take him, so didn't get him in any of my three leagues.

Lately I have picked up the red hot Hideki Matsui, and Brett Cecil of Toronto.

Well Billy Butler has finally gone to beast mode...and is on my wife's team. Fail.

Good news is her team may make the playoffs...mine (I'm the commish) will probably finish last. Epic fail.

I just stashed away Josh Johnson in three leagues since they now changed the status to he may still pitch again this year. Also found Strasburg in one of my leagues in FA, so I stashed him away too.
