After Week #10, who should be #1?

In Week #10, undefeated Utah was blasted by TCU and Alabama fell to LSU, effectively ending any shot at repeating as National Champions. As the field narrows, who should be #1 after the latest round of action?

    - Auburn
    - Boise State
    - Oregon
    - TCU
    - Other

Still Oregon, no reason to drop them from #1.

Oregon #1, but TCU should jump Auburn in the BCS and move into #2. Come on, Auburn played a 1-AA (no I won't call them FCS, NCAA can bite me) school and ONLY beat them by 38 while TCU went on the road to #5 undefeated Utah, where they've never won, and dropped them by 40 points.

    My Top 10:

    1. Oregon (--)
    2. TCU (4)
    3. Boise State (2)
    4. Auburn (3)
    5. Wisconsin (6)
    6. Stanford (10)
    7. Nebraska (--)
    8. LSU (NR)
    9. Ohio State (8)
    10. Oklahoma State (NR)

Others receiving a thought or two: Michigan State, Arkansas, Virginia Tech, Iowa, Alabama

Okay I lied, I bumped TCU to #2 after holding an opponent to under 10 for the SIXTH straight game. Their complete ass whooping of Utah has vaulted them ahead of Boise and Auburn. I jumped Wisconsin and Stanford ahead of Nebraska after being more convincing in their wins....especially Stanford's win over Arizona. Oklahoma State's only loss is to Nebraska, and they thumped fellow Top 25 team Baylor; therefore they get a spot in the top 10. Virginia Tech surfaces as they continue to win.

I go Oregon #1 but I still like Auburn at #2 and I would probably place TCU and Boise St in a tie for three. Either way this is going to be messy as two really good teams look to be out of the N.C. mix.

I said last week that if TCU had an impressive win against Utah that they'd be my #1. I'm going to walk the walk. Utah may not have been deserving of their high ranking (I hadn't been entirely impressed by them), but TCU's defense is legit. I'm looking forward to the bowl games with baited breath to see what Boise's offense and TCU's defense can do against top-tier competition in a bowl game atmosphere.

You can make an argument for all of them. Oregon will still get my vote.

I still don't see how Boise State is getting the shaft. I'm a Boise State basher but have to back them on this one. They are undefeated, beat 2 top 25 opponents in VT and Oregon State and are getting jumped by TCU? To me it doesn't make sense. TCU beat Oregon State as well and a very overrated Utah team.

Hard to forget that Boise St. has beaten Oregon each of the last two years and TCU in last year's bowl game as well.

Hard to remember that teams change from game to game and year to year.
