Our top rated WR is a guy that won't even been starting.
*Of course, it was obviously a random guess by EA and it's just a coincidence that they both wear #2. Nothing to see here.

SON-OF-A....!
In all seriousness, I've seen some pretty encouraging things in this video just in the first cpl plays from the CPU offense.
Inverted veer is gonna be fun to run but more importantly, if you watch the PA pass @ 2:28, it uses the same blocking scheme as Inverted veer (pulling guard and all) so it really does simulate the run it is supposed to. Very nice!
Keep the videos coming until Tue! We are almost there. I need more and more video .
So much to be excited about in that video. SO MUCH! Immediately I see a couple things.
1: Punt block FINALLY had 2 free rushers off of one side. Before, somehow 10 of 11 guy would get picked up with 9 blockers EVERY TIME. It looked natural and looked like a punt COULD get blocked. Not that it ever will because the kick speed is still quick but it could happen. Speaking of kicking game, looks like punt and kick offs are sped up due to 2.0 and set up more realistically as a result.
2: There's a crossing pattern where the WR catches the ball near the LOS, and the OL jumps downfield instinctively to pick up a block for him!!!!!!! That's huge to me.
3: Something I saw that I just thought of, going back to the bump and run thing. The Zone bump is PERFECTLY done in this game, just a jam and release. Now, that's how the normal B&R should be implemented, just with the CB running with the WR as opposed to letting him go. What they currently have should stay in the game though for use in extreme situations where the CB's bump is 95+ and the receiver release is mid 70's or something. Elite CB's should have a way to control avg wideouts, and this is it. Shading to either side is also an important add to make to cbs.
4: The play cam FINALLY reverts back to original every time after you look at coach cam pre-play. I hated how in previous versions you would look at the coach cam and it would stay in wide mode until you snapped it, at which time it would jump back to the original cam.
5: Kicking might be more difficult? Looks like he goes right most of the time on kicks. Regardless, the stupid kick meter lag seems to be gone, which allowed you to straighten out a kick at times. It also cost me a game in 13 when the meter lagged 2 seconds (not the game, the meter) and a perfectly lined up meter jumped all the way right after I let go of the stix.
6: MUCH easier to see the personnel in that personnel bar.
7: Out routes no longer jumped consistently by trailing LB's, CB's. Better trajectory I think. Both out routes around 2:30 mark were pick-6 last year...
8: Still some bouncing off on certain tackle animations by the 2nd defender, but by and large a big difference in secondary defenders making contact. Force Impact System in full effect at 6:30 at the goal line and it is NICE!
9: I REALLY hope they patch OUT the TD wipe. Stupid and time consuming. Everything in this game is built for faster, and that slows everything down...What happened to the touchdown popup in the score bar? That was perfect!
10: CPU running is finally better in the open field. CPU attempts to get upfield but still makes realistic moves on the fly.
11: Play at 1:58 would've been a tackle by the D-end in the backfield in the past. Love how the ends are playing the read and speed options this year.
Just exciting stuff.

Really nice @ 1:58 to see the DE get off his block to the outside on the stretch play and make a play.
Game changers, do you know what these symbols under the players are? Are they replacements for the hot/cold circles under players in previous games or are they something else?
Is it a matchup stick picture meaning some dudes are even with their opposite (yellow bar) while the dudes with a green arrow up have an advantage and the dude with a red arrow down is at a disadvantage?
