I'm not sure why you posted these so I'm going to guess that you didn't understand my post. I was simply pointing out that it was clear the interviewer knew everything that was new in the game and that he had some presetup questions to ask Ben so that he could tell us what we already knew (and what I'm sure is in those links you posted). The best example of one of these spoon fed questions was the one that I wrote (which wasn't verbatim so I didn't put quotes around it).
The interviewer asked Ben this (again, not word for word):
How about dynasty but I have to admit, recruiting can be a pain and I wish the CPU could do some of it for me. What's changed with dynasty mode Ben?
Which is obviously set up for Ben to discuss power recruiting.
Yep, so we're all good then.
And the questions are the least bit surprising. Most of that stuff during E3 is always canned. They're more worried or focused on showing off the games than trying to answer random questions, so most of the questions are canned for a lot of things.
I wish the playes switched up more camera angles. It looked a little bit smoother but overall looked pretty good. I noticed in the new "HYPE VIdeo" before the kick off they had "highlights" from the game already even tho it hasnt been played? not that big of deal but still....
Yeah, that bugged me too. It takes away from the realism just a bit. They haven't played yet, teams don't scrimmage against each other before the game, so why put that in there? Doesn't make sense. If they wanted to show highlights of big plays from previous games, now that would be cool. Overall I like what I see. It doesn't look dramatically different from last year but there have been enough small changes that it looks nice and 'new'. Now I just want more video!!
At the end of the video he did ask him to tell us 1 thing we didn't know about the game and Ben mentioned bubble screens. He said that this year they've allowed the receivers to block downfield before the pass is thrown (which is, of course, legal in NCAA) so bubble screens are much more effective now. He said they're not money plays, but work much better than in years past.
As a spread option guy, I've been waiting for usable bubble screens for a LONG time now!
For some reason the interview is now set as private...
In other news, nothing really new news here but just sharing...
Inside look at NCAA Football 14 from NFL.com
Nothing really new here... just another perspective I suppose.

I don't think the interview was canned. Shopmaster was just asking questions with more of an overview to NCAA 14 for those who haven't kept up or may primarily play Madden. He's planning on asking more detailed questions today about the game.
Something nobody has mentioned yet is the menus. They looked sharp, clean, fast (FINALLY!!) and didn't slow down the game both when starting up a new game and during mid-game pauses. Very nice upgrade here, especially for PS3 owners. Menus in the past have been so slow and so buggy that it made simple navigation a painful labor. I like the fact that they toned down the busyness of the background and kept things simple in order to improve menu performance. That's a small change that will have a big impact IMO.
