    steelerfan's FIFA 16 Manager Career

I've decided to go ahead and start a Manager Career but I doubt I'm going to do as much with it as I did last year. At least not as many videos. They were alot of work and nobody here really watched them anyway, lol.

With that said, my FIFA 16 Manager will be Neil Harris (not the *** one). Harris is a recently retired footballer who is the leading goal scorer in Millwall Football Club History.

Upon retiring, Harris managed Millwall's U21 squad and was twice named Caretaker Manager of the senior squad before being named Manager in April.

Coming into 2015-16, Harris has a career record of 6-6-11.

Millwall, or The Lions, have mostly been a 2nd and 3rd tier club throughout their history but have finished as high as tenth in England's top flight.

Last season the Lions were relegated from the Championship to Football League 1. In this career, I won't necessarily stay at Millwall though club success will earn my loyalty because of Harris' longtime affiliation with the club. Ultimately, however, I will do what is best for Harris with regards to future managerial opportunities.

I have 4 scouts and I also hired 1 youth scout and assigned him to England.

    Youth Staff
Kieran Cuthbert (Scotland) Experience: 3, Judgement: 2 - assigned to England for 3 months

    Global Scouts
Sam Evatt (England) Judgement: 3 - Area Scouting

Scott Devlin (Scotland) Judgement: 2 - Area Scouting

Erik Johansson (Sweden) Judgement: 4 - Area Scouting

Rezan Bebensee (Denmark) Judgement: 3 - Player Scouting

Among his other duties, I currently have Bebensee scouting 4 Chelsea players who are loan listed. I am going to try to bring in talent using the loan system rather than buying players. My current remaining budget is £1,215,897 with a wage budget of £10,021.

Worked out a 2-year loan deal with Real Madrid for their young LB Abner. I wish I had negotiated a purchase price but I didn't want to blow the opportunity to have this kid for 2 years at £5,000 per week.

Signed my first player to my Youth Academy.

I'm also actively working on a few loan deals and one free transfer.

It is matchday 1 in Football League 1 and Millwall are away to Fleetwood Town to open the 2015-16 campaign.

I found the need to add a 6th scout into the fold. Danish scout Jeppe Andersen (Experience 3, Judgement 2) has been signed and assigned to Player Scouting.

Steeler, why don't you stream your matches on twitch and then upload the clip to youtube (or try the direct stream to youtube)? That way you can show your games and not have to write as much. It's a win-win for you.

Two words for you... NABIL FAKIR. You are probably aware but he's a striker in the French league and you can get him for cheap. Huge upside and gives a nice speed burst and accurate shot. I picked him up at the transfer/trade deadline and he was a stud... until he got hurt for 6 months...

That is an idea. I'll look at it and see which way is best and if it's worth it.
