City and United were supposed to play in China today but too much rain created a cancellation. Pep is sad. Closing in on getting Jesus signed though! Pep now with 150% more Pep! Nothing like a manager named Pep.
Drogba still haunts the Gooners.

FA Community Shield is Sunday at Wembley. It will be good to have football back!
Didn't get to watch as much football as I would have liked to over the weekend but the opening weekend of the Premier League is on the books.
I guess the only real surprise was newly-promoted Hull City making Leicester the first reigning champion in the Premier League era to lose their opener. (Last in English top-flight was Arsenal in 89-90)
It was good to see Chelsea playing like Chelsea this afternoon and controlling the match against a good West Ham side, eventually getting a 2-1 result on Diego Costa's 89th minute strike.
Cesc Fabregas scored 2 goals, 2 minutes apart, in the first 4 minutes of extra time and Chelsea look to put the reigning league champs out of the League Cup.
Chelsea lead 4-2 after the first period of ET and the Foxes are down to 10 men.
Headed to the a first loss @ Spurs. 2-0 and it is not even that close.
It's gotten tight at the top, with 5 clubs separated by 1 point.

I like how far down Man U is, now if only they could get in trouble of being relegated.... :D
5:0 ass-raping of the Toffees to go top of the league!

You deserve top spot, especially after we had a draw Middlesbrough at home.
Leicester has yet to be defeated in Champions League play, but can't stop tripping over their own dicks in PL this season. :fp:

Chelsea's recent form in the league has been remarkable. 5 straight wins with 16 goals for and 0 conceded. This is since their formation change to 3 at the back. They have been playing brilliant attacking football and have been stifling on defense. 21-1 in shots today against the #6 side in the league. Ridiculous! It was like FIFA worth bad sliders.
All that said, long way to go in the season and there's a good chance that they'll be overtaken tomorrow. But for today, top of the league!
Saw this at OS. :D

Top of the League!

Spurs up next, we shall see if you can hold the top spot.
That 4-0 Costa Rica loss was the death knell. Klinsmann is fired.

There's no "you", just "they". All I do is watch. ;)
That said, done. 30 matches spanning 26 years without a win at Stamford Bridge for the shit from Spurs.
Seven straight wins in the league for Chelsea but they finally conceded a goal after going 601 minutes without doing so.

Blue is the Color!
My team also won yesterday. Blue is the color, our color too, and in the name of our anthem. We had a draw against Borussia Mönchengladbach earlier in the week. Say that 5 times really fast before the brain explodes from the excessive use of teamspeak. ;)

Fuck City.
The table toppers are in town, bitches!

It was great to see City melt down in stoppage time with straight reds for Aguero and Fernandinho. Hopefully the suspensions will cost them more points.
Chelsea, with today's 1-0 result versus West Brom, have won 9 straight in the league for the first time since 2007. :))
Top of the League! :))
Chelsea have won a Premier League record 13 straight in the league to remain atop the table.
City are fading and are currently out of a Champions League position.

I'm glad your team is doing so well!
Did you play soccer in your younger days?

Who the fuck is Man U City?

That is what happens when you walk your ass into Burnley, you gonna get burned. Sprus lose and if you look closely, Man City with a win on Monday jumps to the second spot and only 8 points behind Chelsea.
Only 8. :D GTFO.
The educated observer would realize that Burnley are level with Arsenal and are tied for 3rd for points at home with 29 at Turf Moor this season.
KTBFFH!
10 points clear with 11 to go!

12 games to go for Man City since the Man U game was postponed. Thus giving you the 10 points clear. ;) Good last month for City, won every Premier League Match, 2 goal win in the first leg of the Champions League and the only blemish was a tie to Huddersfield in the FA Cup that they played with a ton of reserves due to the CL match coming three days later. Still cruised to a 5-1 win to go the Quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
Entirely possible but will wait for the results. You can't really guarantee anything after what Leicester did last year.
