Deadline is now going to be Wednesday night as right now it's a 5-0 vote for shortening non user vs. user weeks to a three day deadline.

Maryland got off to a quick 17-0 lead in the first Half. Virginia would fight back and tie it 17-17 going into the 4th. thanks to 2 costly turnover for Virginia, Maryland was able to put up 17 more points to go on to win 34-17.

Maryland beats NC State 54-6 in a cold and wet afternoon game.
NC State didn't have a lot of trouble moving the ball for the most part, Fumbles killed their drives. 5 lost fumbles in fact, one of which went for a TD.

We have advanced, and the deadline is Friday early evening as there are no user vs. user games.
#5 UM traveled to #11 Wisconsin and broke out some new offensive sets. While struggling at first against a fast Badger defense, the offense caught their stride later in the game and the game turned into a shoot-out. The normally solid Wolverine defense took too many chances early on and gave up 14 quick points to put the team behind 14-0, with UM trailing most of the game. However, the Wolverines made plays late and left Badgerland with a 42-31 win.
The defense had trouble with senior stud Wisconsin RB John Clay however, but luckily won't likely face a runner of his ability for the rest of the season.
Starting QB Denard Robinson was injured, so backup Devin Gardner picked up most of the snaps even though he left the game momentarily with an injury as well.
Kentucky Sacks #22 South Carolina, Lattimore 42-6
Key Performers

Coach's Comments
Cobb 4 Heisman. Looking forward to testing how good we really are against LSU next week
Northwestern improves to 2-0 in conference play and 3-1 overall as they down Purdue on the road 33-16. Purdue kept the game close in the first half with a sustained rushing attack and actually led 10-9 with 28 seconds left to go in the half. But Jordan Maybin took the kickoff from the Boilers and raced 98 yards as the half ended to give the Cats a 16-10 lead they would not give up at the break.
Arby Fields led the way for the Cats on offense gaining 114 yards on 22 carries and scoring a late touchdown to seal the game. Dan Persa had another strong showing as he completed 13-18 passes for 208 yards but failed to throw a touchdown. Persa has been sharp for the Cats this year raising his completion percentage from last year and has yet to throw a pick, something he did 16 times last year.
The Cats defense was led by Maybin (7 tackles, int) and Roderick Goodlow (5 tackles, 2 tfl) as the Boilers struggled the entire second half to get anything going.
Northwestern stays on the road next week as they travel to Illinois (2-2) to face their bitter rival in the Fighting Illini.
Gonna advance tomorrow night sometime, estimating around 9PM central.
Week is advanced, one user vs. user game with lilheavy vs. chase, it looks like they're already starting to schedule which is great. Deadline is Wednesday.
Great job guys! I'm the last one left, I'm going to play now then advance.
Miami survives a defensive game early to take out Florida State 27-10.
Advanced, no user games, so deadline is Thursday night.
I find it strange that I'm mainly a run first team, yet have 2 impact WRs. :D
ND @ Maryland underway in heavy rain. :(
Maryland jumps out to a 24-7 halftime lead and hangs on to win 27-21. Notre Dame missed 2 FGs, which in the end was the difference. Jamaar Robinson had a great first half, throwing 3 TDs and 200+ yards. He would end with 17-25 268 yards 3 TDs.

Davin Meggett 21 carries 121 yards

Maryland moves to 5-2(4-1) for the season, and will start a tough 3 game road stretch. @Florida State, @Georgia Tech, and @Auburn. GT is ranked 8th, Auburn 24th, Florida State is just outside the top 25, just like Maryland currently is.
Did my recruiting (10 min left) and will play the game later today.
UM scores another victory, although the pass defense was severely lacking. UM rushing game is racking up major yards while the defense has held opponents to very limited rushing yards.
Northwestern improves to 5-1 with a 24-7 win over #25 Penn State. Arby Fields carried the load for the Wildcats with 30 carries and 99 yards on the day while scoring two touchdowns. Dan Persa continues his streak of no interceptions as he throws two touchdowns and 255 yards in the win.
Northwestern's defense shut down the Lions rushing attack and intercepted three Penn State passes on the way to the win.
The Wildcats return to action next week as they take on 5-2 Wisconsin at Ryan field.
I'll be playing tonight at 5PM and then advance.
JB - It's just you and Romo left to play and I sent him a tweet about it.
the battle for the ACC Atlantic is underway in a monsoon(Maryland @ Florida State). both teams are 5-2(4-1) and tied for the ACC Atlantic lead.
Maryland defeats Florida State 38-21, in a game much closer than the final score shows. a failed 4th down conversion in the 4th and a 4th quarter Int sealed the loss for FSU.
Florida State held Davin Meggett under 2.0 YPC until the final scoring drive for Maryland, where he broke off 2 long runs, including the 34 yard TD.
Maryland had to rely on QB Jamaar Robinson early in the game when their running game was slow, he did not disappoint. 15-22 for 283 yards 2 TDs. Both Torrey Smith and Ronnie Tyler had 100+ yard receiving and each had a TD catch. Meggett finished with 24 carries 100 yards 2 TDs. Gary Douglas 9 carries 61 yards 1 TD.
Florida State's offense was unstopable in the first half, but both Maryland and FSU had long time consuming drives, resulting in a 17-14 Maryland lead with 0 turnovers and 0 punts in the first half. Florida State's offense in the 2nd half had some issues, including a 4th quarter Int. QB Will Secord was 15-21 224 yards 2 TDs 1 Int, Jermaine Thomas 15 carries 57 yards 1 TD.
Maryland improves to 6-2(5-1) and has sole possession of first place in the ACC Atlantic Division. still unranked, but sitting just outside of the top 25 in the media poll.
No user games; therefore, I'll advance Sunday night. Good luck!
Not going to be able to play until a little later tonight.
I didn't get a chance to advance last night, I will do it when I get home from work at 5 central.
Michigan, after switching to a new playbook to use personnel strengths, is appearing to get more comfortable with the new offensive plays. #19 Iowa came to town and was promptly fed to the Wolverines, losing 42-14. UM spent the day making Iowa's QB wish for more padding, including a key takedown early in which the feeble throw attempt was intercepted by DT William Campbell and returned for a TD. UM also got another TD on an INT return.
Denard Robinson threw 3 TDs, but didn't have great rushing numbers due to taking 3 sacks. The offense still has some work to do, but is showing signs of 'getting it'.
Sorry ... had an insane user game after work and had to watch The Walking Dead :) advancing right now.....
Deadline is Friday night.
Maryland still can't crack any top 25, 26th in the Media, and 30th in Coaches.
hopefully if I can beat GT, I'll get ranked for the first time in this OD. also, if I beat GT, it'll clinch the Atlantic.
