I'd assume so. Back in the day I wanted Outrun, and it was only available in Europe, so I bought a $20 PSN EU card on eBay, bought that game, and I think Lumines Supernova to finish off the card. You may have to go that route for PS+ too because I am not sure how you'd be able to do it on console.Quote:
