Not mine.
Another NES game that was a bitch was Time Lord. I could NEVER beat the 2nd boss no matter how many times I shot him. Internet didn't exist back then so I couldn't figure out a cheat.

Back To The Future Part 2. Try to get past the second stage of that game if you dare. I used to play the fuck out of that game when I was a kid. Never even realized it was made by the worst video game company in the universe LJN until recently.
The EVE online stuff is pretty funny. I hope that isn't real money, but I bet it was considering I played the beta for Dust 514 (which apparently is the on planet wars of EVE) and saw that pretty much any advanced weapon or stat costed real money to purchase w/o hours of grinding and you lose everything on you if you die once. Not really sure how they connect besides that since EVE is in space, but not really my cup of tea since I just play FPS to f around. I may hop on a couple of times to get demolished w/ my lack of equipment.
Nah, it wasn't real money. Everything in EVE is priced on their in game currency and enough of it can buy a month worth of playing time (normally $10 if I'm not mistaken though it could be $15) so when they talk about losing real money in that game, they're talking about the cargo of a ship that holds the in game currency that could be transferred into monthly playing time.
Feminism

Simply casting a woman in place of one of the three men would have been not only pretty badass, but also a step in the right direction for femininity in games, in which the industry so desperately needs right now.
:fp: She could have said three women and it might have been passable but what Rockstar is doing with three characters is far more badass than just tossing in a female protagonist.
In GTA, the female protagonists are called hookers.

Where have you been the past year? Thanks to one kickstarter and a feminist with too much free time on our hands this has been all the rage.

There aren't many games that don't include one of those horrible tropes toward woman though... I'd find it VERY difficult to enjoy most video games if I was a woman because the lack of inclusion isn't high. It's the reason so many women play MMOs because they offer them the ability to play the heroine instead of always the hero.
There are far more games with a female protagonist than you care to give credit for (Did not even check to see if they covered games like Skyrim/Fallout etc, where you can create a male/female character). Plenty of horrible tropes against men in games. Why do they always have such great abs and a rugged good looks, how can we live up to the standards. :glare:
It's just a FACT that games with female lead characters just do not sell as well with ones with men. Then when a company does use a female lead character (Tomb Raider) you get left wing complaints that you sexualized her by GASP making her "pretty".
It's just a no win situation so you will continue to see FEW games with lead female characters unless/until those two dynamics change.
19-year old spends year to create massive Skyrim mod
http://www.pcgamer.com/2013/07/16/be...r-building-it/
Falskaar adds almost 25 hours of content, a land mass a third the size of the original game, new characters, new voices, and dozens of quests.
The mod is fully voice-acted by 29 voice actors playing 54 characters (Velicky held auditions), and the quality is much higher than most community-made content.
LOL you would post this after Skryim went off sale. I could never make up my mind to buy it or not.

I am sure Xbox will at least have the balls to release their hardware numbers. Generally comes later in the day. Will see if the others do. Impressive to see NBA 2k13 at 5, even though it was a weak month. Playoffs must have brought a bunch of people to snag it up, plus I think there was a price drop.
