because veterens will recover better mentally from less preparation time after a strike than youngins'..and they know these guys want to win bad and wont bitch and whyne anymore..they are great individual talents and older and wiser and will be an asset to a good mix....but the fact is, the Patriot formula isnt going to work towards a Super Bowl any time soon again..they may well make the Playoffs. But theyve had their run and there wont be another Super Bowl for them anytime soonQuote:

Talk about the collapse of the Pirates after that 19 inning loss. I haven't looked but have heard that the team ERA since then is just terrible, to go along with some weak bats.
