As I've stated my 99/99/99 Michigan team plays AMAZING defense and my 88/88/87 Illinois OD team played great defense. I recently started a new coach carousel dynasty where I started as the OC for ULL. After 2 years I took over as HC of 2* Buffalo that has a fucking 66 (D+) rated defense. I know (and accept and appreciate) that their defense will struggle because they're rated so poorly (66 is just a step above FCS level) but I have to admit that playing D with them is the most aggravating experience I've ever experienced in a sports video game. No matter what I try (I use the same CPB as Michigan/Illinois) I can't even slow down MAC conference level CPU offenses.
I love that the ratings actually matter, but while my original plan was to build Buffalo up to be the dominant MAC team I know that it'll take entire too long to improve this horrendous defense so I'm pretty sure I'm gonna take the pussy's way out and take the next HC job that I'm offered.
