Texas truly is "easy mode" recruiting. In my test OD, it's Week 9 and Texas already has 15 signees. Only one of those has come for a visit. Other than setting up some promises (I have 40+ to keep next season, lol), I've let the CPU do all the recruiting. This is ridiculous.
In one class, the mostly-CPU-controlled Texas just recruited an entire offensive line. 5 tackles, a guard, and a center. 4 of the tackles were 5-star players, too.Quote:

I don't have a single 90+ player returning next year, however most if not all starters next year will be 80+ along with quite a few reserves.
So, I've all but confirmed that I can retire from the dynasty and still swap coaches. Basically, it works out like this:
1. Currently with Team A (Ohio State)
2. Retire from Team A, rejoin Dynasty as Team B
3. Set Team B to desired philosophy, retire from Team B
4. Rejoin Dynasty as Team A, swap teams from Team A to Team B
What you'll end up with is Team B with the original Team A's coach record, coach prestige (including promises that can be offered) and coaching philosophies. Vice versa for Team B.
So what this would allow me to do (or anybody else that wants to switch teams in the future) is retire from Ohio State, retire. Go to A&M, set them up like I want Ohio State to be in the future, retire. Go back to Ohio State and swap teams.
Now, the one thing my test also reminded me is that you can't change Coaching Philosophies in the offseason. So swapping teams needs to either be done during the bowls, or you wait until the Preseason.
I still haven't 100% decided that I'm moving on, but it's good to know how to do it.
