All I could think of was the European Space Agency fucking up on their mission to the moon Titan, having the thing get all the way there, and then only get one set of data (thus incomplete data) back from Huygens because some dumbass forgot to flip on the transmitter for the second set of data on Cassini to be sent back to Earth before the thing was blasted off, resulting in 350 photos being lost forever.
i would have thought that with all of the money that was spent on this mission, the rover could have at least send back COLOR photos back from Mars.....not black and white ones. :D

I only got so far through the video, but yes, I do agree that someone should have checked and made sure she was okay. Not so much Mall Security, but I'm kind of surprised at the number of people who basically watched this woman fall into a fountain and didn't even stop.
