Yeah, I am incredibly happy. The stupid CenturyLink DSL was down for 4 straight days last week, Sunday through Wednesday. It would go out completely sometime around mid-morning, and no matter what, the DSL would not come back on at all until at least 8:30-9pm at night. Absolutely stupid. And all that on top of it randomly going out for hours at a time off and on throughout the summer. I'm so glad to be finally getting rid of them.

Yeah. I can't wait until I can move (should hopefully be in the next two-three weeks) and can get my fast internet back again (25 down, 10-15 up). This shitty 3.5 down and .7 up is fuckin' killing me.

I hate how TV channels never put a single good thing on some nights. But when one of them actually put a good movie or show on, they all do. Right now there are 5 different channels showing 5 different movies that I like to watch, all at the same time. :fp: Why can't they spread this shit out over a couple hours when they have to have them all on the same night?

so i've been ready to quit my job the past couple of days, waiting for something bad to happen so i have something to use as the reason that i decided to leave.......but this morning, i get word that they're gonna start training me to get better leadership skills so that i'm next in line for a promotion.

what the hell? why would they stick me with the worst liked guy at our company, and then lay this shit on me, hoping that i'll continue to work there?

I am truly blessed to have the support of the greatest ownership group of all the NCAA Football Community Forums. Mr. cdj, Mr. JBHuskers, Mr. gschwendt...you 3 took me from toiling in the minors to enjoying the type of success that a young man from Parma, Ohio, who grew up in the suburbs of Houston playing 2 player games of Intellivision Baseball by himself, could only dream of. You are the catalyst of who I am today, and I am forever grateful.

Here's to many, many more poignant, thoughtful, literate posts and to a few mindless rants that the future holds for us all!
